TO PREPARE THE SOYA CUTLETS:
Ingredients:
- 50gms : Soya flour {prepared as explained above}
- 50gms : Protein Powder (I used Nutrilite Protein Powder)
- 4 or 5 Egg whites
- 5 gms Oats
- 5 gms: slim milk
- 2 tspns Jeerah powder
- 1 tspn pepper powder
- 3/4 tspn salt
- 1 tspn olive oil for frying
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients.
- Knead like chapathi dough.
- Form small balls.
- Flatten these balls and form cutlets.
- Grill the cutlets on a non-stick pan using olive oil.
- Fry the cutlets on both the side, until slightly brownish.
- Transfer the cutlets to a plate.
Serve them hot or cool garnished with lemon wedges.
