MUSHROOM STIR FRY

A mushroom is the fleshy, type of fungus, produced above ground on soil. Most of the mushrooms that are sold in supermarkets have been commercially grown on mushroom farms. The most popular of these, Agaricus bisporus, is considered safe for most people to eat because it is grown in controlled, sterilized environments.

Mushrooms are a low-calorie food usually eaten raw or cooked to provide garnish to a meal. Raw dietary mushrooms are a good source of B vitamins and the essential minerals, copper and potassium. Fat, carbohydrates and calorie contents are low (source wikipedia).

The same can be tried using Dill i.e. Mushroom, Dill(Baji) and egg at the end. Makes an excellent breafast item and goes well with chapathis.
